What the sources say
At the Toppila power plant site, a district of Oulu. About €11 million. MWh not stated. CORRECTED 18 Oct 2026: 40 MWh from Oulun Energia's Finnish release (26 Mar 2025). Its January to April 2026 interim report says, in the grid section, "Helmikuussa liitimme verkkoon ensimmäisen suuremman sähkövaraston", without naming the site or owner; it may or may not be Toppila, so the status stays as it was.
