A fund. YTJ lists UBRE Storage Cellar Bog Ky (3413073-5); "Cellar Bog" reads as an English rendering of Kellarijanka, but no source names the company, so it is not assigned.
Not published anywhere we have found: ultimate owner, built by, cells. The page says so rather than guessing.
What the sources say
UB Renewable Energy Fund's own release (on ESS News, 17 Oct 2024): bought on 15 Oct 2024; 30 MW, two hours, 60 MWh, at Fingrid's Kellarijanka substation in Kemijärvi; construction to start spring 2025, commercial operation late 2025; technology still being tendered. No later source read. CORRECTED 18 Oct 2026: was "planned, expected late 2025". UB's portfolio manager Staffan Söderholm (Inderes interview, 19 May 2026): the Kemijärvi storage "saadaan kaupalliseen käyttöön nyt heinäkuussa". A consultant's report for Kemijärvi city (Ramboll, 2 Sep 2026) still lists it as under construction, at 35 MW / 70 MWh against UB's 30 MW / 60 MWh, and says the Kellarijänkä substation has no connection capacity for new storage until 2035. No confirmation that July happened; the size stays UB's own.

From the owners’, developers’ and builders’ own releases, council decisions and permit bulletins, read by Vitreous and checked against the owners’ own words on 12 October 2026; a bracket such as “(Energy-Storage.news only)” in a field means the trade press is still the only source for it. Fingrid publishes no meter, no price and no instruction per battery, so this page carries no money: what one megawatt is paid in Fingrid’s markets is on the markets page, for the whole market and never for a named battery.
